Hi Everyone! I’m Milly. I’m currently studying History and Politics at the University of Edinburgh. I live in a two bedroom, one bathroom flat now looking for a flatmate. Our flat is pet and lgbt+ friendly. As myself also a part of the community and trying to make everyone feeling safe as possible. If you’re in a relationship please do not bring your partner home under no consent.(Man in particular) Please try your best keeping our common space, kitchen and bathroom clean. Getting to the center of Edinburgh is easy as we live nearby the Haymarket and many buses stops are in the area. The rent is 900 pounds a month including wifi, with a month of deposit. The electricity is about 100 pounds for individual, slightly more in the winter. You will have a double bed bedroom to yourself with a whole wall of wardrobe. With shoe rack, book shelf and under bed storage. The kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. And the tenancy is available now as my old roommate moved out. If you wanted to know more information please feel no hesitation to contact me. Many of you are staying more than a year or you’re planning to stay more than a year. My preference is you stayed half a year/six months. As our contract was also renewed half a year. That’s because I only want someone to filled in the gap between my next roommate. However do not worry about moving as my landlord has another flat just opposite to our building which is empty at the moment. I might not stay in Edinburgh next year.
