We’re a friendly, social flat of 4 students, all going into our third year at the University of Edinburgh and would love for another student to join us in our lovely 2-floor Marchmont flat from May/June 2026 for at least 12 months.

We’re all students at the University of Edinburgh and would love another student to join the flat.

The flat is located in the well-sought after location of Marchmont (5–10 min walk to George Square campus). It is a spacious 5-bed student flat, with a shared kitchen and living space, it is fully furnished and has a great location beside the Meadows.

The room is a bright attic room with skylight window. It is furnished with a bed & mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and storage bench.

The rent is £735/month, excluding bills (this is usually an extra £30-£40 a month).
