I will sadly be leaving my flat on 15th of July and is looking for someone to take over my room in this beautiful flat in Leith. This is a Pro-Palestine flat.

The room will be available from 15th of July. It is a fully furnished 3 bedroom flat, with a spacious living room and open kitchen, and access to a back garden. The location is very convenient near big Tesco and Leith Links park, 5 minutes walk to Leith walk. Easy access to city with buses just outside the building.
The rent is £650 per the room, plus utilities. We are looking for a student preferebly to be exempt from council tax (unless you are willing to pay it yourself).

You will be sharing with two female postgraduate students at the University of Edinburgh. Both are very lovely to live with, very considering, social, and are on the right side of history!

We are looking for someone to live a shared life, with occasional meals and cooking activities.

We maintain the flat clean at all times, so you must contribute to that as well.
