The flat has one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and a very spacious shower. The living room and kitchen are both very modern, with a microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. The flat also has a washer and dryer. There is also a communal garden area. The current occupants are all 2nd year students and are very friendly and respectful.
