Hi I'm Catherine a Student Nurse at the University of Edinburgh going into my fourth year. I am looking for a flatmate to move in to my two bedroom, one bathroom flat. The room and the flat comes furnished, and has a living area. The location is just off Leith Walk so extremely central and close to public transport such as buses and the Edinburgh Waverly station. I am 21 years old and love meeting new people and socialising, especially going to the pub. I am looking for someone who is a student (for council tax reasons) and can keep the place clean, although I do understand the stress of uni and no one is perfect!! The flat is located on the top floor and has a shared garden and parking in the street (however a permit is required). For further information don't hesitate to get in contact!!
