Lovely massive room with its own sink available in a nice Bruntsfield ground floor flat. Big fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms to share with 4 other flatmates from a mix of nationalities in our 20s and 30s, all currently working or studying.

The room is equipped with the furniture pictured and a bed will be added by the landlord if the new flatmate does not bring their own.

This is a main door flat but we have free access to the communal back garden through a back door as well.

The rent is £595 per month, which includes internet and council tax. On top of this at the moment we pay £75 to £85 each for electricity and gas. We also pay £17 each every five weeks for a weekly cleaning upkeep of the communal spaces.

Our private landlord is really helpful and respectful of privacy.

Students and professionals are welcome but we are looking for a longer term flatmate. The room is not available to couples and this is not flexible due to HMO licenses for the flat.

Excellent location, 30 seconds away from the Holy Corner's Tesco, 2 min only from the Bruntsfield Links, also very close to the Meadows and 20 min walk from Haymarket station!
