Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at abodus students which ends 04/07/26 at haymarket as I’m moving into a flat with friends. The rent is £180 per week for a classic en-suite with a double bed in a 4 person flat. The flat is right at haymarket station which makes it very central and has good public transport to napier, heriot watt and edinburgh uni. It’s clean and also has an onsite gym and common room with cinema screen. The staff are also very friendly and understanding with any problems. I’m hoping for the tenancy to be taken over asap.
