Hi, we're looking for someone to move in on the 15th as our current flatmate is sadly leaving us to return home to the states. It's a lovely three bed flat, located in Marchmont, minutes away from the Meadows.

We are looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate. I'd describe the flat as quite cosy and homely. Unsuitable for someone looking for more of a party flat. However, we are quite social and get along really well. We enjoy cooking, reading, and hanging out together over coffee or a glass of wine. But, we also respect each other's space and privacy. It would be great to hear more about you and your interests.

I will be doing viewings in the next couple of days. I appreciate that this is short notice for some. However, a previous applicant was unsuccessful. References and a guarantor will be needed. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have and thank you for taking the time to apply :)
