Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room from January, which would mean doing the paper work by the 15th of this month! It’s a lovely three-bedroom flat overlooking Bruntsfield Links in Edinburgh. The room is south-east facing, and you’d be living with two friendly guys in their 20s, both studying or graduates of Sustainable Development from Edinburgh uni.

Rent is £710 pcm plus bills and council tax (band D).

We rent through the letting agent Southside. Spare room doesn’t let me post the link to the original listing, but if you search on YouTube “0612L - Barclay Place, Edinburgh” you’ll see a video from Southside Property Management showing all the rooms (it looks a lot more homely now!)
