I am sadly moving out of my lovely flat this coming June and am looking for a tenancy takeover for my master bedroom in a 2-bed flat! Flat is available in June - move in date is flexible.

Great location, located 30 seconds off the royal mile, just a 10-minute walk to the University of Edinburgh campus and a 5-minute walk to Waverley train station. There are plenty of great bus connections and shops around.

The flat is very well sized and comes fully equipped with furniture, tv and kitchen essentials. The room also has ample storage and closet space with 5 independent closets and a large mounted mirror!

Rent is £725/month and utilities come to around £40-60.

You will be joining a lovely 22-year old female PhD student who is extremely friendly and sociable! For council tax reasons, students only please!
