I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Polwarth Gardens from July 3rd (long term let), you will be living with 3 other lovely flatmates who enjoy socialising/having movie nights together and have lots of pubs/cafes/cinema/restaurants nearby and great links into the city.
(If you're not a student) the flat is council tax band E, you would need to be okay paying this alone as all other flatmates are students however you'd get a 25% discount.
