Hi, I have a spare double room available for rent in my lovely flat just off Leith Walk. It’s available from mid April and I can be flexible on dates/length.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe. The rent inclusive of bills inc gas and electric, wifi and council tax (band E) is £900.

The flat is very central, 5min walk to the nearest tram stop and a 15min walk to Waverley.

I am a 29yr old professional, I mainly work from home and in my spare time enjoy keeping active and being outdoors. Would like a flatmate of a similar lifestyle who is respectful of space but keen to have a chat in the evening.
