Hey all,

I am moving out of my flat as I have left my University course, and am looking for someone (female) to replace me.

DATE: (Roughly) Mid-March until Mid-May 2026.

FLATMATES: 3 female undergraduate students. They are friendly and chatty.

RENT: £710 per month, bills are usually £20-£30 per month.

LOCATION: Tollcross, Edinburgh. The flat is right by the Meadows, a 2 min walk from the closest supermarket, mutliple bus stops 5 min walk away, 15 min walk from George Square.

THE FLAT: The bed in the room is a double. Shared bathroom, kitchen has a dishwasher, flat has been refurbished in the last few years.
