Double room available in a lovely flat next to Edinburgh Napier University campus in the Bruntsfield/Morningside area. Really great, quiet location, about 20 minute walk to the city centre, with good public transport and loads of lovely shops, restaurants and cafes nearby!

The flat is £700 pcm excluding bills. Bills currently come to roughly £90 per person month including gas, electricity and wifi. Ideally looking to share with a mature or postgraduate student for council tax reasons. (Council tax band D)

The flat is really bright with lots of natural lighting in all the rooms and the bedroom available gets lovely evening sun. The bedroom comes equipped with a bed and a walk in wardrobe. There is a small shared bathroom with an over bath shower.

About me, I'm a 24 year old PhD student at the Uni of Edinburgh. I like keeping the place tidy and am looking for someone to help make the flat a happy, homely environment! I generally work 9-5 Monday to Friday and like quiet evenings in but also love cooking, going out in nature, keeping active and anything artsy. Would love to live with someone friendly and sociable who has similar interests!
