Hello!

I have a furnished single room available in a 2 bedroom flat in a great location in the New Town! Looking for someone friendly and clean to share the flat with, ideally long term. Room is available whenever, ideally moving in by early August at the latest.

About the room: About 10 minutes walk from Princes street and the tram, with good connections elsewhere in the city. Also near lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs, Tesco + Lidl. Flat and room are furnished, with a kitchen. (Previous flatmate left a good amount of kitchen supplies).

Bills: about 40-60 each (more often closer to 40)

Council tax band C: 84 as a two way split, although that depends on if you are a student etc.

About me: I'm 22, just recently graduated uni and am now working in conservation. I'm fairly quiet but social, and happy to spend nights in or go out once in a while. I'm a big fan of baking, history, cooking, and camping!
