Looking for someone to take over our tenancy end of February/beginning of March! It’s a 3 bed flat with a spacious living room.

£665 a month + bills (probably just under £800 all in, including council tax and WiFi) ☺️

A few minutes from the Meadows and near the Newington area / lots of bus stops. It’s near lots of shops and is around a 20 minute walk into central Edinburgh. It also has a private car park!

You’ll be with 2 other roommates who are young professional women in their 20s, both super lovely and social but respect each other’s space. They have a range of interests including skiing and climbing, as well as staying in and cooking. They have busy schedules and are often out of the house working or socialising, but do enjoy nights in sometimes, so you’ll fit in whether you’re introverted or extroverted!

My partner and I are looking for someone to replace our tenancy as we’re moving into our own flat, but we have loved living here and can recommend it to anyone. Single occupant ideal but couples will be considered!
