I'm looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in this lovely royal mile flat due to my current flatmate moving out. The flat is bright, modern and spacious and In a great central location ! Your room is a fully furnished double bedroom, with a shared bathroom/ lounge/kitchen.
I'm a 23 year old recent uni graduate working as an online PT and bar supervisor, I am a very sociable person, will always be up for a convo and love to make the most out of my days, however due to long working hours also enjoy my down time.
The flat bills are as such :

COUNCIL TAX - £84
