hi there, one of our flatmates is finishing uni in the middle of may and so we are looking for someone to take their room.

the flat is just off the bruntsfield high street and is in a super nice tenement. it has a really nice kitchen/dining room, a tv room, and a large communal garden.

the rent is currently £565 per person and bills are usually ~£25.

we are all students and are all outgoing, creative, and clean. we would be looking for someone with the same qualities :)
