I’m looking for a respectful and friendly flatmate to share my lovely second-floor flat. The available bedroom is bright and spacious, featuring a king-size double bed and plenty of storage, including a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, under-bed drawers, and a bedside unit. Other residents in the tenement are quiet.

The flat is fully furnished and centrally located, with the nearest bus stop a 5-minute walk away on Easter Road.

I’m a kind and friendly post-graduate student currently doing a PhD. I love reading and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy running and indoor climbing.

I am clean and tidy and I am looking for someone who will respect the space so its a welcoming home for both of us.

Ideally I would like to be friends with my flat mate, but if you prefer to keep to yourself that's ok too. Long term stay is preferred. I'm vegan but there's no need for my flatmate to be veggie/vegan. I am looking for a queer-friendly flatmate. I'm pet friendly providing they are well trained.

Fellow post-grads are preferred but I am open to flatmates of any age/profession. If you are not a student you will need to cover the council tax though.

Price: 800 pcm excluding bills
Bills: Wifi is 12.50 per month, gas and electricity approx £25-40 per month.
