I'm looking for a replacement tenant for a Premium Ensuite room at Downing Students New Park for the 2026/27 academic year.

Location: 16 Bothwell Street, Edinburgh EH7 5PS
Room: Premium Ensuite – 21 m²
Rent: £220/week – all bills included
Tenancy: 5 September 2026 – 28 August 2027 (51 weeks)

The room is very spacious for student accommodation and has a private ensuite. New Park also has a large shared/common area, and the shared kitchens have TVs.

I'm unfortunately no longer able to take up the accommodation due to a change in circumstances.

I've included photos of the building and communal areas, and Downing has a 360° view of the Premium Ensuite room on their website.
