Bedroom with small double bed available in city centre of Edinburgh (near Bristo Square).

Only available until September as my sister will be moving in with me. Rent will of course be kept stable over fringe period!

The flat is over 2 floors and there’s a shared kitchen, living room, WC and shower room. Parking is permit-only (zone 3) and there’s lots of public transport routes available within a 5-minute walking distance.

Bills aren’t included and usually come out to around £150-180ish per month (council tax band E). Since this is over summer though the bills should be less!

A wee bit about me: I’m 25, a trainee solicitor (so I’m usually in the office 4-5 days a week) and I’m a big fan of a night in. I have 2 lovely cats who live in the flat with me. I like to keep my space quite clean and tidy, but also appreciate that life happens so a wee bit of mess is bound to happen!
