Hello! Looking for a friendly student to rent the double bedroom in my two-bed, Old Town flat. I am a 26-year old student currently studying an MFA in directing in Glasgow, so will be between both locations until early next year. I enjoy reading, the arts, as well as a fun night out, so would love someone who enjoys socialising as well as their alone time! Centrally located, the flat is under 15 minutes from the Edinburgh University central campus, a 2-minute walk from the College of Art and under 5 minutes from the popular Meadows. There is a Sainsbury’s across the road, an M&S, multiple local cafes and entertainment venues (including Usher Hall and the famous Filmhouse) all within a 5-minute walk. Just up the road from the historic Grassmarket, the top-floor flat is quiet and cosy with a shared rooftop terrace. Situated at the castle-facing side of the building, the room comes fully furnished with a desk, double bed, storage and a clothes rack.
