Hi I’m looking for a new flatmate, the flat is shared with one other tenant (me), so it’s a relaxed and comfortable space that’s easy to keep clean and homely. Ideally looking for another female student, as I’m one myself.

The property includes a double bedroom, a shared kitchen with all the essentials, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. In the bedroom itself, behind the mirrors (sliding door mirrors) there is tons of closet space! Pretty much the whole wall is a mirror/ storage space. Great for organising whatever you want in there, especially clothes and shoes.
It’s pretty central so mostly everywhere is in a walkable distance, but there are bus stops super close if you need. Edinburgh uni main campus being a 10 minute walk away.
