You will share a bathroom with 1 other tenant.

The flat is a large, 7 bedroom, top floor property in Marchmont, a street over from The Meadows. Council tax band F.
Rent is £600 per calendar month. This does not include bills.

Bills are currently £120 per calendar month and this includes : council tax, electricity, high speed broadband, a cleaner once every two weeks and goes towards a kitty which I use to order cleaning supplies and toilet paper etc for the flat.

Bills are paid on your move in date, and monthly on that date going forward.

The property has 3 fridges, two ovens, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We are a group of mixed professionals and one student. We would prefer a professional flatmate but students will be considered although you must be ok with contributing to council tax ( included in the £120).
Generally we all do our own thing but all get on well and have the occasional flat outing. We are not a party flat so please keep this in mind.
