I’m John, a 30 year old post grad and I’m looking for someone to take over current flatmate’s tenancy.
The flat is top floor in a lovely area with beautiful views of Holyrood park and Arthur’s seat. It’s a good sized, bright and airy flat, with three bedrooms, a kitchen and separate living room with dining area. The room available is a large double.
l am finishing my masters in September but staying on in Edinburgh as I love living here. I’m easy going and clean and tidy. Sociable and very friendly :) looking for someone who is up for doing stuff together, movie nights or cooking or whatever and wants to live somewhere that is like a home, not just a place to live.
There’s space to add your personal touches to the flat, art and decorations etc. :)
