Double room available with access to your own private bathroom (including both bathtub and shower) in a 4-bed house. You will also have full use of the shared spaces, including the kitchen and the living room. There is also a shared car park where you can park your car.

All bedding and towels can be provided.

Location

The house is situated in a safe residential area, close to IKEA and Straiton Retail Park (30 mins walk away), where you’ll find Sainsbury’s, M&S, Lidl, Boots, TK Maxx as well as a couple of restaurants, coffee shops and retail outlets. Aldi and 24-hour Asda is also approximately a 20-minute walk away. The University of Edinburgh Easter Bush Campus is 15-minutes walk from the house.

The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the house. The buses to the city centre take between 30–45 minutes (depending on the time of day). Services run frequently, on average every 15 minutes.

About Us

You’ll be living with a friendly professional couple. And our 7.5 month old cat Jasper. We are ideally looking for a single person at £160 per week (Sunday afternoon/evening arrival and/or Monday to Friday stay). If weekend stays are required, we’re happy to discuss options.

If you need to move in urgently and are looking for comfortable, safe and tranquil accommodation for approximately two months (with potential extension), please get in touch.
