Hello, looking for someone to take over my flatmate's tenancy in this spacious double room in our flat in the Grange, near Newington area.
Looking preferably for a female student to take over for council tax reasons. Professionals welcome if willing to pay council tax.
The move in date can be flexible - as early as 3rd of November would work.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, a desk and two bedside tables. The flat is fully furnished with a new washing machine, TV and kitchen appliances like fridge, microwave, stove oven. It's a 13 min walk away from King Buildings campus, 20 mins to George Square Campus of University of Edinburgh, 8 min walk to the Meadows.
It is also very near a Tesco Express (2 min walking distance), Sainsbury's local (5 min), there are a few bus stops around with many links to around the city. The street is very nice and welcoming with two cozy cafes around the corner, a few old-timey pubs and so on.

The rent is 750 per month, the energy bills, wifi and miscellaneous costs shared come to around 30 in summer and 70 in winter.

Looking for someone who is keen to keep the space nice. You will be sharing the flat with me - a final year PhD student at UoE.
