It is a double bed, with a window that has a lovely view looking out on Arthur’s Seat. In a residential area close to Holyrood Park and a 20 min. walk to City Centre. Conveniently placed for buses, grocery stores, and 5 min from the commonwealth pool. Rent is £725, in addition to utility bills/ council tax (band c) which usually come out to approximately £100
