I am moving out of my room in a two bedroom shared flat after Christmas. My room will become available from January 1st onwards.

The flat is shared with a final-year bachelor's student at the University of Edinburgh. The apartment is also managed by a letting agency (LARN1812006) who handle any problems immediately and free of charge, for the most part.

• Location: Mayfield Gardens (25 min walk to UoE main campus, 15 min walk to King's campus, 1 min from a bus stop)

• Your room: Mostly furnished (bed + big wardrobe + drawers included)

💰 Rent: £825 per month for the room (not including bills (~35GBP) and council tax) w/ a deposit of £825 required

We are looking to find a candidate as soon as possible to take over the room, i. e. we'd like to get everything finalised in the next week or so.
