The flat is located in central Newington area, only 5-minute walk to George Square Campus and Meadows. The room is available from February, and the tenancy is valid until August 28th, 2026. Rent is about £220/week.

The bedroom is on the ground floor, with a small double bed, a private sink and plenty of storage space. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared among flatmates. The flat provides a dishwasher and a washing machine.
