My current flatmate is leaving so I'm looking for another flatmate to enjoy this beautiful apartment with!
Move-in date could be any day between 7th to 24th of March.

The kitchen is recently renovated with all the necessary appliances (such as a dishwasher!), and the living room is quite big and features a 55" TV to properly enjoy films!
Location is great:
- Literally 2 minutes walk from a shopping plaza that has a big Sainsbury's, Lidl, Home Bargains etc.
- 10min walk to the Holyrood Park
- 30 min walk to the city centre (there's a bus stop right outside that takes you there directly).

Me, Orpheas (30 yo), a PhD student here at UoE (in Informatics).
During the weekdays I mostly keep a 9-5 working schedule and work almost exclusively from my office at the campus.
I tend to sleep a bit early during the week so I'm looking for someone that has similarish working schedule (let's say night-owls are not an ideal match).
During the weekend I like to take it easy by trying out new cooking recipes and doing cycling trips out and about.
As a plus, during summer and winter months I usually take a trip abroad to visit fam and friends, so you'll get plenty of opportunities to enjoy the apartment to yourself!
I'm looking for someone that I can have a chat with and generally have a nice home vibe.
