Money stuff (keeping it transparent):
• Rent: £825 pcm
• Bills + gas/elec/wifi + council tax: ~£115 pcm
• So you’re looking at roughly £950 pcm all-in (cheaper if you’re a student because no council tax).
Council tax is Band D and the tenancy is agency-managed.

You'll be sharing with Harry (32 M) 🧍‍♂️
- He's just moved back to Edinburgh after living in Australia
- Works 9-5 at a Whiskey Startup
- Super chill, very easy to live with and quiet in the evenings
