🌼Hello!

We are three women looking for an additional flatmate (woman/nb) for one of the bedrooms.

The room is on the small side but has plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk (all included). The ceilings are high and the west facing window overlooks the shared garden, so there’s no street noise, just birdsong.

The four bedroom tenement flat is located in Morningside. The room will be available starting anytime between now and May. We’re looking for someone that plans on staying at least 6 months.

The street is quiet and residential, neighbours are quiet.

The flat is council tax band E.
💷The costs are- £587/month rent, wifi is £8/month, electricity and gas varies but in the winter I believe it will be about £50/month, less in the warmer months.

Deposit is £881.

Depending on your employment status, the landlord may ask for a UK-based guarantor, or for 6 months’ rent paid upfront, or proof of income.

The flat is close to bus stops and shops, and very close to the Morningside “high street” (cafes, shops, pubs etc) and amazing parks like the Hermitage, Blackford Hill and Braidburn Park. There’s a shared back garden that gets a lot of afternoon sun.

It’s a 20 minute bus ride to Princes Street (the city centre). It’s a nice walk as well, maybe an hour.

We are a laid back bunch that enjoy having get togethers occasionally.
