Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat in Marchmont over the summer.

The flat is in a great location, just a very short walk from the Meadows, so it’s perfect if you want green space nearby while still being close to the city centre. It’s a spacious two-floor flat with five bedrooms and two bathrooms, so there’s plenty of room and it never feels too crowded. The room available is upstairs, which makes it feel a bit more private and quiet.

You’ll be sharing a comfortable living room and kitchen with friendly flatmates, making it a really easy place to settle into. The room comes furnished and has everything you need for a summer stay.

The sublet is available from 10th May through to early September, with some flexibility on exact dates if needed. Rent is £800 per month, which includes all bills and WiFi.
