I am looking for someone to sublet my room to, from June to August, in a two-bedroom flat located in Newington (EH89SD). The flat has a fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and cabinets) and living room. The room advertised has a double bed, large chest of drawers, desk, and plenty of storage space.

The flat is very conveniently located: Ideally situated in Newington, with excellent bus links, and 5-min walking distance to Nicolson Street’s shops like Tesco, Lidl, cafes, restaurants, and Asian shops. The University of Edinburgh’s King’s Buildings is within a 15-minute bus route and the main University Library at George Square is less than 10-min walk. It is also at walking distance from the University Pleasance Gym. Just 5-min walk to the nearby green spaces like The Meadows and Holyrood Park.
