Hello! We are three flatmates (2 M & 1 F) looking for a fourth flatmate to move in March/April. We've currently lived here for 2.5 years and very sadly our old flatmate is moving back home, though we're still hoping to stay here for much longer.

We're a very social flat and often do things together on our days off in and out of the flat, though also respect someone who likes their own space/time. We usually all cook our own food, though if our schedules line up we also like doing a flat dinner together! We all play the same sport and are often out on the same evenings, so it's very likely that you'll get the flat to yourself every now and again!

We're all working professionals: one of us works on the royal mile, one has an office job but generally works from home 1 day per week, and one primarily works from home but is often out on site around 50% of the time.

Kitchen amenities include: microwave, dishwasher, big freezer, washing machine (no dryer but we have lots of clothes horses that can go up in the hall). There is also quite a lot of kitchenware (pans, utensils, etc.) but plenty of space so room for your own things if preferred. We generally keep our food in separate cupboards and shelves on the fridge.

Council tax nand is E, and we each pay £58 per month. No bills are included, though each of us at worst spend about £40 per month for energy and WiFi, which is much less over the summer when we don't need heating.
