We have a double room available in our 3 bed flat, located 10 mins from the meadows in the Newington/Grange area of Edinburgh! Rent is £440 excluding bills and council tax. The room is available from 16th April.

We are a fully inclusive flat, and happy with either a male or female flatmate. I (30m) am currently a masters student and Siobhan (27f) works for a local charity. We are a friendly and sociable flat, enjoy sports/going out/painting, but appreciate nights in too.
This is a double bedroom and you will be sharing the main bathroom with one of us. The bedroom picture shows some furniture however there will just be the bed, in-built wardrobe, and small chest of drawers in the room.
