Sadly I’m moving out, which means we’re looking for someone lovely to take my room and join the flat ✨ Move-in date is flexible (so we can work around you).

The room: a big double with loads of space to properly settle in.

The flat: a cosy, good-sized 2-bed that’s genuinely perfect for two people, plus there’s a separate office room, ideal for WFH/studying/creative bits.

Money stuff (keeping it transparent):
• Rent: £825 pcm
• Bills + gas/elec/wifi + council tax: ~£115 pcm
• So you’re looking at roughly £950 pcm all-in (cheaper if you’re a student because no council tax).
Council tax is Band D and the tenancy is agency-managed.

You’d be living with Ginny (28), postgrad at UoE (Planetary Health), super keen climber/runner, and generally an active/outdoorsy human with a crafting project always on the go 🪡 She’s often at The Hangar, and has a van for summer adventures. (Small note: only one vehicle can be on the house parking permit.)

We’d love someone friendly, respectful, and up for a nice home vibe, bonus points if you’re also into climbing/outdoors/crafts, but not a requirement at all. Professionals and students welcome.
