We are seeking 2 flatmates to join our bright and friendly flat on Warrender Park Crescent .
2 double rooms in a bright 5 bedroom shared flat. Located on the edge of Marchmont, Bruntsfield and the Meadows. It has quick access to many shops, pubs, cafes etc with a beautiful commute to the centre of town. This bright and quiet top floor flat has a large communal living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
We are a friendly flat with 1 girl and 2 guys. We enjoy TV and board games and wouldn't say no to a drink or two. There is always someone to chat with in the communal areas, and we keep our rooms quiet to allow people to unwind or work from home.
We are seeking 2 long term flatmates ager between 25 and 35 who would compliment the flat. We are currently all working professionals so any student should be willing to pay council tax.
