Hello all! I have one double bedroom available in my bright, spacious and relaxing Morningside home. The flat has a lovely shared kitchen/living room area, shared bathroom and an upright piano if you like to play.

The living room is a relaxing place to be, complete with a wood burning stove for the winter months. When the sun is shining it comes flooding into the living room for most of the morning in the summer; it's a lovely spot to have breakfast! The kitchen is well equipped with space to cater for 6 or more people if you enjoy dinner parties. There is also a well maintained south facing walled garden for relaxing outside.

You will be sharing with me, a professional (sometimes!) and work regular weekday hours; I don't work from home. I am a very easy going, sociable person and like a good chat/discussion. I am a fan of the outdoors too and will often be found in the hills up north! I am quite aware of the dynamic of someone living with a live in landlord and want to assure you this home will be yours, as well as mine. I am flexible and respectful of this and just want an equal and happy household. I must add that I do want to live with someone who is present rather than someone who want's to use the flat just as somewhere to stay.
