I live in a 2 bedroom flat in the Meadows, directly across from the tennis courts. This is within 5-10 minute walk of main hub within Edinburgh Fringe Festival

The bedroom has a large wardrobe, desk, double bed, TV and broadband available. The router is next to the bedroom so there is a strong signal and can attach a 10m CAT cable if 100% reliability is required,

Bedsheets, duvet and pillows are provided. Also access to the washing machine and laundry products are available.

The bathroom consists of a shower over the bathtub and I can provide shower gel and shampoo/conditioner if you let me know in advance.

The flat is on the 3rd floor but it is a very quiet stairwell.

Lots of local amenities within 5 minute walk and the meadows is just a hop, skip and a jump across the main road.
