Lovely and peaceful flat close to the meadows and Holyrood park.
I have lived here for a year and have absolutely loved it! The flat is close to the city centre with plenty of coffee shops and pubs nearby but the flat itself is very relaxed. Current flatmates are super friendly and we have done lots of hosting/ going out together as well as watching tv after a day at work.
The flat comes furnished to a very high standard, all furniture currently pictured in the room is staying. Bills not included but usually come to around £100 each per month. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and bath.
It would make a perfect base for a professional or postgraduate student, we will be arranging viewings (in person or virtual) over the next few weeks.
