Hello future tenant. I'm moving on from a lovely shared house located in Inch and am looking for someone to take my room.

The room is a double, furnished with a bed, 2 wardrobes and a desk. Rent is £650 a month with all bills included. Deposit is £600 and is available from 14/07.

The house has 5 of us - 2 students and 2 professionals. All tidy and easygoing. Everyone is friendly but never in each other's pockets, and the atmosphere is warm and homey.

Location-wise, it's near the Cameron Toll shopping center giving you a 10 min walking distance to supermarkets such as Aldi and Sainsburies as well as a gym and other stores/facilities. It is also located on a quiet street next to Inch park so you have greenery all around you, can access the city center in 20 minutes by public transport and the room comes with an amazing view of Arthur's seat from your window.

Besides the room you have a large kitchen with an extended dining area and 2 bathrooms.
