Double room available in house fully furnished with bills included. The room is quite spacious and comes fully furnished, there is a built in wardrobe + standing wardrobe. If required a small desk can be added.

The house is close to Botanic Gardens, Inverleith Park & Stockbridge area suitable for professionals or post graduate student. It is a quiet area with great transport links both bus routes & cycle paths which you can get to city center in 10-15minutes. There is parking available if required.

We are a couple living in the house both working professionals. Living room, kitchen & bathroom are all communal areas, we have a small back garden too. Kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher, we have virgin media wi-fi and TV.

We keep the house tidy and would look for someone similar in that regard. We enjoy cooking, relaxed evenings as well as going to the gym and exploring Edinburgh.

One of us works from home full time and the other also from time to time, in addition we can often have business trips meaning one or both are away at times.

We would welcome both short term & medium term let enquires.
