The room:
- beautiful natural light, especially in the afternoon

The flat:
- bus stop on the road right behind the flat (for the 47, 43 and 200): about 20 or so minutes into town
- 15 minute walk to the nearest Tesco/Sainsbury's /Lidl
- one bathroom
- kitchen, dining room and big comfy living room (set up with a projector, perfect for movie nights!)
