I am renting out my room for 6 months starting from November. Rent is 200£ pcm BECAUSE I will need the potential tenant to look after my pet bunny and the flat when I am away. I am covering the rest of the actual rent so I hope the potential tenant would be a responsible person and love animals.

You will need to:
Feed the bunny, clean his enclosure. Note that he is a free roaming bunny living between the living room and my room.
Maintain the cleanliness of the public area.

The flat is old and the lock of my room is broken. You can’t lock the door from outside, only from the inside.
