The room comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, and a workspace.
The flat has a large living room, a kitchen with a balcony, bathroom with shower over tub and plenty of storage space. The house has free parking, CCTV, and live-in warden. The flat has a designated bike storage.

You will be sharing the flat with me, Les, a female freelance illustrator and arts teacher. I work 60% from home and the rest of the week run art classes in Edi, Glasgow, and Dunblane.

I love nature, cycling, art museums, and board games. I am happy to cook an occasional dinner together or chat over breakfast, but am equally happy to keep to myself and respect your privacy ✨

The room is for single occupancy, non smoker, and, sadly, no pets. Min 3 months rent, longer term is welcome.

Rent is £590/pcm including Virgin Media broadband.
Additionally, Council Tax £60, electric £25-35, gas £30-35 (depending on the season). Deposit is one month’s rent.
