Hi there!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room for the summer. The room is available from 18th of May until the end of August, with flexible move-in dates.

The room is spacious (approx. 5 × 3 m) and gets plenty of natural sunlight. The flat is in a great central location — about a 10-minute bus ride or a 15–20 minute walk to the city centre. There’s a Lidl just across the road, which is super convenient.

The flat includes:

A shower room
A small kitchen
A large living room
Top-floor location in the building

You’ll be sharing with Struan (Master’s student at Edinburgh Napier University) and Veronica (Master’s student at the University of Strathclyde) — both are very tidy and easy to live with.

The total cost, including bills, is around £650 - £700 per month.

This room would suit a mature student, a young professional, or anyone looking for a place to stay during the Fringe Festival.
