Hi,
Myself and my friend Nikita, we share a room; and we are looking for someone in the other room. We have the permission to keep three people in the house from the landlord. Your name would be on the agreement as well.

House- the house consists of 2 bedroom, a very spacious kitchen with all equipment, a common clean bathroom, a huge living room with sofa cum bed, two storage cupboards, parking space and a yard.

Rent- 700 included all bills (gas, council, electricity, WiFi) council will be exempted if you are student and the rent would be 630-650 something. We will be transparent with all the bills

Location- haymarket, 10 mins walk to tram and train station, 4 mins walk to the nearest bus stop , all buses go to princess street, 5 mins walk to supermarkets and all the shops and restaurants are right outside the street. Very lively place.

Flatmate requirement- clean, respectful and friendly. We respect your space would like you to respect ours, but won’t mind if you wanna sometimes come and have a chat or have fun with us. We don’t mind you bringing friends!

About me and Nikita- we are friends for two years and won’t mind sharing the room, we are very chill and work full time and on day offs we enjoy going out so we are barely at home. We love to cook at home. I’m vegetarian/no drinker/no smoker and she does everything.
