I am seeking a professional to share a lovely 2nd-floor, 3-bedroom apartment with private garden space. The available room comes with a double bed and wardrobe. The flat also has a large kitchen with a separate utility room for laundry etc.

Rent includes all bills.

Located just 10 minutes from Edinburgh city centre and a short walk from Craigleith Retail Park, this space is perfectly situated with direct transport links.

As a 30-something professional working full time, I tend to go into the office most days but occasionally work from home and am looking for someone with a similar schedule. Ideally looking for someone who wants their own space as well as sharing a meal/chat at the end of the day.

While I don’t currently have a pet, I do pet sit occasionally, so comfort with animals is a must. Pets also considered.
